Shoulder Sash System was added to the game on 10.03.2015. 
The Shoulder Sash is a visible equipment item just like armor or weapons. 
It can be equipped through the Costume Inventory.

You can open the inventory by clicking the Costume System button. 
Slot layout:
1️⃣ Costume 
2️⃣ Hair 
3️⃣ Weapon Costume 
4️⃣ Mount 
5️⃣ Aura 
6️⃣ Shoulder Sash

🌀 Sashes are permanent. 
🌀 Can be used starting from Level 1. 
🌀 No gender or class restriction. 
🌀 Only "Special" grade sashes are tradable. 
🌀 Sashes with 19–25% Absorption Rate have a glowing visual effect.

You can obtain different sashes from the following items: 
Master Sash (Simple) → Reward from the "Special Fabric" quest (Lv.40). 
Overlord Sash (Simple) → Available in the Item Shop. 
Anniversary Sash (Simple) → Obtained during the Anniversary Event. 
Heart Sash (Simple) → Given as a Valentine's Day Event reward. 

You may also obtain various quality sashes from the following chests: 
Aventurine Treasure Chest 
Aureolin Treasure Chest 
Astral Treasure Chest 
Sash Box 
Large Sash Box

Shoulder Sashes have 4 quality grades: 
🔹 Simple 
🔹 Elegant 
🔹 Noble 
🔹 Special

Two sashes of the same grade can be combined at the NPC Theowahdan to obtain a higher quality sash. 
Select "Combination" via Theowahdan. 
Place the sash you want to upgrade in the upper slot and the second sash in the lower slot. 
Sashes are highlighted in your inventory.

Simple	1% Absorption Rate	100,000 Yang
Elegant	5% Absorption Rate	200,000 Yang
Noble	10% Absorption Rate	300,000 Yang
Special	11–25% Absorption Rate (Variable)	1,000,000 Yang

🔸 If successful: The lower sash disappears, and the upper one evolves or gains a higher absorption rate. 
🔸 If failed: The lower sash disappears, the upper one remains unchanged.

💬 When you achieve 20% absorption on your first evolution, a special congratulation message appears server-wide!

💠 Sashes can absorb bonuses from weapons or armor. 
✅ Absorption is always 100% successful! 
⚠️ However, the absorbed item is permanently destroyed and cannot be recovered.

Absorption rates: 
🔹 Simple → 1% 
🔹 Elegant → 5% 
🔹 Noble → 10% 
🔹 Special → 11–25%

Notes: 
- Negative bonuses (e.g. –%Movement Speed, –%Skill Damage) are not transferred. 
- Bonuses are calculated as Absorption Rate / 100 × the item's bonuses and rounded down. 
Example: If the result is 10.8%, the sash will display 10%. 
Any value below 1% will be rounded up to 1%. 

Absorbed bonuses can be reset using a Reversal Certificate.

With the Shoulder Sash – Transfer item, bonuses can be transferred between sashes. 
The process is done through Theowahdan by selecting "Bonus Transfer." 

Note: Both sashes must have the same absorption rate. 
If the transfer fails, the sashes are not destroyed.

Possible outcomes: 
✅ Great Success: All bonuses are transferred. 
⚠️ Partial Success: The target sash loses 1% absorption. 
❌ Failure: No bonuses are transferred.

- Sashes are displayed in the visible equipment slot. 
- They never expire or disappear over time. 
- Special-grade sashes are the rarest and most valuable ones. 
- The higher the absorption rate, the more "powerful" the sash. 
- A sash with 25% absorption makes a huge difference in PvP battles.
